What We Do:
I have learned and experienced that the KEY to a successful pest and termite program is an ongoing inspection and a maintenance program. We utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques of managing pests that integrates prevention with correction while minimizing risks to people and the environment. Prevention is the most critical factor in any effective pest management program.
Our Pest Prevention Service takes many forms. Reporting on structural maintenance/repairs, exclusion and sanitation along with targeted and precise applications are used only when necessary in response to detailed inspection and monitoring. This is a more intelligent approach to pest prevention in keeping a work place – safe, yet highly effective. All material and methods of work will have EPA approval.
Termites will and can go undetected in a structure for several years until you see signs of swarming termites (reproductive caste of the colony) emerging from a floor and or a wall in the structure of your home. The damaging effects of termites come from the worker caste of the colony that live in the ground. You never hear and usually never see them (unless you’re dismantling parts of the structure) until it’s too late.
Our employees receive ongoing safety, equipment and product training. They update annually their required state credits through continuing education. Our employees also go through background checks and drug testing.
